All clients under 25 must bring in date, valid photo ID that has the pass hologram. We accept Passports, Full/Provisional Drivers License, Citizens Card or a Pass certified ID Card. 

No Photocopies, pictures/photos of ID or out of date ID will be accepted. Bus ID, student IDs, bank cards or birth certificates are NOT accepted.

You will forfeit your deposit fee if you fail to provide acceptable photo ID.

All clients aged between 16 - 17 are required to contact us directly to book an appointment.

If the parent/legal guardian and child do not have matching surnames:
We will need to see, valid photo ID (from the list above) for both parent/legal guardian and child as well as the child's birth certificate that includes parent's/legal guardians names or other documentation that proves legal guardianship.

The parent/legal guardian MUST attend and remain for the duration of the appointment.
